Product description
We offer a wide range of air filters for ventilation and filtration systems for civil protection shelters, industrial facilities and more. In addition, our filters comply with international standards and can be tailored to your individual needs. Furthermore, standard filters effectively remove nuclear, biological and chemical contaminants, as well as toxic industrial chemicals (TICs) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Thanks to this, we provide comprehensive protection in a wide range of conditions and hazardous situations.
Filter design
The filters consist of two elements
Mechanical filtration - carried out using a HEPA or ULPA filter.
Adsorption - using special activated carbon or a special absorbent.
Different versions and performance.
The AFU series is available in airflows from 36 to 1800 m³/h. They can be easily integrated into existing CBRN systems.
If you need to increase efficiency, you can combine several filtration systems.
Solutions for old systems.
Many sanctuaries in Eastern Europe still use old-style filtration equipment that requires specific NBC and CO2 filters, such as ФПУ-200, ФП-300 or РП-100. Our modern spare parts make it easy to change filters without having to rebuild the whole system, as long as it works. We also offer complete kits, ducting, blowers, valves and other necessary installation accessories.
Application
Our filters are impact-resistant, thanks to their durability, they are perfectly suited for difficult conditions such as high temperatures and humidity. We adapt them to international civil protection standards or specific customer requirements.
System operation modes
Our systems offer two basic modes of operation:
NBC filtration - for filtering nuclear, biological and chemical contaminants.
In NBC ventilation mode, the airflow is usually twice as high as in filtration mode
Assembly options.
The filtration systems are designed as modules, allowing them to be installed on floors, walls or ceilings. This makes installation easier. In addition, the system is manually operated in the event of a power failure, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
ARC specification:
Our filtration systems contain the following elements:
Blower valve
Pre-filter
Air flow regulator
NBC filter
Electric blower with manual operation
Pressure relief valve
