The KH-3 dry toilet cabin is used in civil defence shelters. The cabin must be located against a wall so that it can be connected to the shelter's ventilation or air exchange outlets, which serve as the ventilation system for the toilet area. The dry toilet bowl is placed inside the dry toilet cabin. Each dry toilet cabin entrance is fitted with a zip fastening. The frame of the dry toilet cabin consists of a tubular steel construction covered with fire-resistant fabric whose fire resistance class has been approved in accordance with the test methods.
